QbitMarketHub is a marketplace for AI agents, workflows, tools, templates, prompts, APIs, and other digital products. It is operated by Power CM Software. This policy explains what information we may collect, how we use it, and the choices available to users, buyers, sellers, and visitors.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use QbitMarketHub, we may collect or process the following categories of information:

• Account information, such as name, email address, login provider identifier, profile status, language preference, and terms acceptance records.
• Seller information, such as marketplace profile, product listings, descriptions, images, categories, pricing references, Stripe connection status, delivery URLs, refund policy text, and seller support details.
• Buyer and order information, such as selected product, selected plan, checkout status, order status, fulfillment notes, delivery link access, reviews, refund or dispute context, and support messages.
• Technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, session events, diagnostics, app version, security logs, and approximate usage data.
• Communications, such as support requests, marketplace incident reports, moderation notes, and messages needed to investigate abuse, fraud, disputes, or policy violations.

2. Information from third-party services

QbitMarketHub may use third-party services to operate the product. Authentication and database services may be provided by Supabase. Payment and seller onboarding services may be provided by Stripe, including Stripe Checkout and Stripe Connect. Analytics may be provided by Google Analytics or similar measurement tools. These providers may process information under their own privacy policies and security terms.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve QbitMarketHub. This includes creating accounts, enabling sign-in, displaying listings, supporting sellers, routing checkout, recording orders, delivering buyer access information, helping with support requests, preventing fraud, enforcing terms, debugging errors, measuring product usage, and complying with legal or platform obligations.

4. Payments and Stripe Connect

QbitMarketHub does not store full card numbers. Card and payment details are handled by Stripe. Sellers may connect their own Stripe accounts so that Stripe can perform onboarding, identity verification, risk checks, compliance reviews, payout routing, tax or reporting workflows, and dispute handling. QbitMarketHub may store limited Stripe identifiers, account status, checkout session status, order references, and metadata required to operate the marketplace.

For one-time purchases, seller payout may be held during a 7-day review window. If access is missing, not delivered, or materially different from the listing, buyers should open a dispute from Orders before seller payout release. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe where applicable. Subscriptions may follow the applicable plan, seller policy, and Stripe rules.

5. Product listings and public content

Seller listings, product names, descriptions, images, prices, categories, support information, public reviews, and marketplace metadata may be visible to visitors and buyers. Sellers should not publish secrets, private credentials, personal data, confidential client information, or sensitive material that is not required for the listing.

6. AI products and user responsibility

QbitMarketHub helps users discover and transact around AI-related products. Independent sellers are responsible for the products they publish, including the data those products collect outside QbitMarketHub, their own privacy notices, license terms, support, security, and legal compliance. Buyers should review each seller's product details and external policies before using a purchased product.

7. Sharing of information

We may share information with service providers that help operate QbitMarketHub, including hosting, authentication, database, analytics, payment, fraud prevention, email, customer support, and security providers. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights or safety, to enforce our terms, to investigate abuse, or as part of a business transfer involving Power CM Software.

8. Cookies, analytics, and local storage

QbitMarketHub may use cookies, browser storage, service workers, and analytics tags to keep users signed in, remember preferences, improve performance, cache app resources, measure traffic, and understand how the marketplace is used. Users can control some browser storage through their browser settings, but disabling storage may affect login, checkout, or app functionality.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee perfect security. Users should protect their own accounts, avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive data, keep delivery links secure, and report suspicious activity.

10. Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to operate QbitMarketHub, provide support, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, maintain accounting records, and improve the service. Some order, payment, security, and compliance records may be retained even after an account is closed if required for legitimate business, legal, or regulatory reasons.

11. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection regarding personal information. You may also request support for account closure or marketplace data questions. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and some data may need to be retained for legal, security, accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute purposes.

12. Children

QbitMarketHub is intended for business users, creators, sellers, analysts, and buyers of digital products. It is not directed to children. Users who are not old enough to enter into binding agreements or use payment services should not use the marketplace without appropriate legal authorization.

13. International use

QbitMarketHub may be accessed from multiple countries. Information may be processed in countries where Power CM Software, Supabase, Stripe, analytics providers, hosting providers, or other service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws different from those in your location.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product, legal requirements, or service providers change. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the current version. Continued use of QbitMarketHub after an update means the updated policy applies.
